The Propertic ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy and safeguarding your personal data. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, process, store, and protect your data when you use our website and services.

1. Personal Data We Collect

• Contact Information, full name, email, phone number, preferred communication method.
• Service Preferences, investment goals, budget range, property type (apartment / villa / off-plan / ready), preferred community, mortgage requirements.
• Technical Data, IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and site navigation patterns for analytics purposes.

We do not request, collect, or store sensitive information such as financial account details, credit card numbers, national ID numbers, or health information on our platform.

2. How We Use Personal Data

• To provide licensed real-estate advisory services for the sale and purchase of ready and off-plan properties in Dubai and the wider UAE, as your RERA-licensed brokerage of record.
• To assist you with mortgage applications through our licensed banking partners (data shared only with your explicit consent, per application).
• To support Golden Visa eligibility assessments in connection with a property transaction we broker.
• To communicate with you regarding inquiries, viewings, market updates and support requests.
• To improve the functionality and user experience of our website.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations (RERA, DLD, UAE AML/KYC) and enforce our Terms.

3. Sharing Personal Data

We share your data only as necessary to fulfil our service commitments. We do not sell or rent your personal data for marketing purposes.

• Licensed banking partners, When you request mortgage assistance, we forward your contact details and application data to the bank(s) you agree to engage.
• Developers & DLD, When you sign a Reservation Form / SPA on a property we broker, your identity data is shared with the developer and the Dubai Land Department as required by law.
• Legal compliance, We may disclose data if required by law or by a valid public authority request.
• Business transfers, In the event of a merger or acquisition of Provest Real Estate LLC, your data may be transferred; we will notify you.

4. Data Security

We implement robust technical and organizational measures to safeguard your information, including HTTPS/TLS in transit, encrypted database storage at rest, JWT-authenticated advisor CRM access on a need-to-know basis, encrypted VAPID push subscription tokens, and regular infrastructure hardening. No internet transmission is 100% secure; in the unlikely event of a breach we will notify affected parties in accordance with UAE law.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and to comply with legal obligations. When no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize the data.

6. Your Rights

• Right to Access, request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to Correction, request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to Erasure, request deletion of your personal data under applicable circumstances.

To exercise any of these rights, use our self-service Request Data Deletion form to instantly erase all data linked to your phone number. For access, correction, or any other data-rights request, please submit an inquiry through the consultation form and a licensed advisor will follow up within one business day.

7. Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies to remember your language and currency preferences, and analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

8. Links to Third-Party Websites

Our Services may link to bank, developer or UAE government (DLD, RERA, CBUAE, ICP) websites. This Privacy Policy applies only to The Propertic.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via a prominent notice on our website prior to becoming effective.

10. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the Federal laws of the UAE.

11. AI Chatbot & Third-Party AI Processors

Our website features an AI assistant named Roni, designed to answer questions about Dubai communities, mortgage strategy, and Golden Visa pathways. Interaction with Roni is entirely optional, you may choose not to use it and reach us via the standard consultation form instead.

11.1 How Roni processes your messages

• Each message you type into Roni is sent to Google Cloud (Gemini API), our AI sub-processor, in order to generate a real-time answer.
• We transmit only the text of your message and the current conversation context. We do not transmit your name, phone number, email address or any other identifier to the AI provider unless you type it into the chat yourself.
• No chat content is used to train Google's foundation models. Google acts strictly as a data processor under a commercial API agreement, not as a data controller.
• Fallback provider: if the primary AI provider is temporarily unavailable, your message may be routed to Anthropic Claude (via the Emergent managed integration layer) under equivalent contractual "no-training" terms.

11.2 What we store on our own servers

• Chat transcripts are stored in our MongoDB database (hosted on Emergent infrastructure) so a Provest RERA-licensed advisor can review them if you later request a follow-up. Transcripts are encrypted at rest and accessible only to owner / advisor accounts authenticated via JWT + 4-digit PIN + trusted-device controls.
• If you voluntarily provide contact details in the chat (name, phone, email), they are stored and used only to route your inquiry to a RERA-licensed advisor, never sold, never shared for marketing.

11.3 Retention & your rights

• Anonymous chat sessions (no contact details provided): retained for up to 90 days for service-quality review, then automatically deleted.
• Identified chat sessions (you left contact details or requested a call-back): retained under the same policy as our other Lead records, see §5 (Data Retention).
• You may request deletion of your chat transcript at any time via our self-service Request Data Deletion form (see §6, Your Rights).

11.4 Live FX & market data

Roni references daily foreign-exchange rates from public sources and Dubai Land Department (DLD) published statistics cached in our database. No personal data is involved in these lookups.

This disclosure is provided in accordance with the transparency, lawful-processing and consent requirements of UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the UAE PDPL), which entered into force on 2 January 2022.
